Confused Relationship

Our life seems to be a completely confused relationship with time. Life seems to have taught the modern world nothing, go back in time and find the same you will find today. Will we ever learn the teachings of the past or will we always endeavour to stay the same. Time will never stand still, yet we strive to stay the same, instead of progressing in our own thought.

Take heed of what was said to all that want to listen, then may be you will learn the lesson to all creation. It is nothing to do with religion, there is no worship here, just the fundemental truth of being. Look at it, which ever way you want to, but at least try and see it and then you will feel it and live it until you rise upon the real world and leave behind the ignorance and stupidity of greed.

The War Of My World

I take a look at me
The face the eyes the need
But there’s something I don’t see
Beyond me staring back at me
I am at war with my world

The night is all so long
The stars they blind my eyes
With the blurry sense
I pass out hard, the ground is wet and cold
Till day break I meet my life.

The war is full strength within
My heart beats fast and thin
You pass me by with insulting eyes
As I learn to breathe again
Loud foot steps on the ground beneath my ear
Covers my soul with fear

Rising from the drains
The steam that carries your day
Encourages my feat
As it warms my feet
I can live to see another day

My nights are long
Spent singing songs
Avoiding the hate and abuse
I sup my golden
Ever growing older
In this world of modern life

Yes the war goes on
It seems so strong
My days are filled with you
I myself alone always
I cannot see it through

Don’t take pity as you pass
My soul is as good as yours
Keep on going and join your crowd
I am at war with my own world
