Fate In My Shoes

You only get one pair of shoes in life or so they say, are you happy with yours or would you like to swap them for a better more comfortable pair that will suit you better and give you peace.

Fate In My Shoes

Tell me something
Are you happy in life
Did you pick the right shoes
Are you having a great time
Living In your shoes

Do you like your shoes
I will give mine back
But the man upstairs says
I have to wear them for life
But that just sucks
I wanna give them back

Living in my shoes
Can’t seem to shake them
Do you want them now
You can just take them

Could you live in my shoes
And take the hate
I’m living in my shoes
I don’t want this fate
In my shoes
Living in my shoes
I don’t want these shoes no more

Whether I walk or run
They ain’t no fun
Whether it rains or shines
I’m the one they despise
In my shoes
There ain’t no happy times

Will you take them from me
They don’t fit me right
They look better on you
You can put them on
Just walk away
In my shoes
You can dare to live
In my shoes

I want to give them back
I know they’re a mistake
I was given the wrong pair
But the man upstairs states
No refunds son
I am on my own
With my shoes

Could you live in my shoes
And take the hate
Living in my shoes
I don’t want this fate
In my shoes
Living in my shoes
I don’t want these shoes no more

A victim of footwear
I know this ain’t right
Wearing these shoes
I’ve been scared for my life
Fate in my shoes
Living in my shoes

I don’t like my shoes
I want to give them back
But the man upstairs says
They are for life
But that just sucks
In my shoes
I have to live in my shoes
