You Together Me

Following on from my last post Love, Peace And Understanding here is my next addition to my online catalogue of work and it’s a little piece of peace, something that many of us strive for in this amazing world we call our home. The question is will it ever happen, we can all remain optimistic and live in hope and may be down the line our families may experience it.

You Together Me

We are all alone, All together
The same face
The same Mother
You hurt me then you hurt another

Don’t confront me
Don’t walk away
There’s no need to fight
Listen to what I say
I will return the favor
Then we can discover
We are friends together

You together me
Forever
Same face
Same Father
Brothers and Sisters

Don’t be alone
For we are all together
Breathe in the same air
The sun ours forever

Don’t dictate and I won’t preach
Raise your glass and accept all together

In war we destroy with anger
In disaster we help each other
With anger we should destroy our wars
And learn from the disasters before
Then we can live together
And give peace the day it deserves

No one should be alone
Build a new time together
Lets take our chance with love and each other
Forget the past and all its pain
Create a better future for all, the same

Forget all alone
Be all together
One nations strength
Should be past to another
Drop our defences
Embrace our neighbours
Let us live together
Share the same sun forever

It is a dream for many that may never come true, but we can only strive to be better and help each other, then may be we can get closer and closer to the dream of peace that lies amongst us all. So why not try and help someone today, it is really worth the effort.
